Made booking as an ASR member 2 weeks prior to arrival. Stayed here many years back and glad to say that they maintained the rooms well. All the staff that attended to me from the concierge, housekeeping and receptionist were all warm and friendly. They were always ready to assist. Two of the concierge even offered to assist me to carry my bags when they saw me walking towards the hotel. The room was spacious and clean with good view. Gym was empty and fully equipped. Was happy that it was open as early as 6am and had a good workout. Swimming pool has great views, plenty of sitting areas and enjoyed my morning swim when it was less crowded. Definitely will come back here again. Location is also a few minutes drive to Berjaya Times Square, Pavillion area and KWC mall. Took grab to head to these areas and on some days I just ordered grab food for breakfast.

Very centrally located, with shuttle buses to central KL, a short walk to the Linc and Intermark malls, and also a short walk from Ampang LRT MRT. The most impressive part of the hotel has to be the rooftop pool and gym on the top floor, with panoramic views across KL from there. Rooms fronting Ampang road are dark, overshadowed by the adjacent Embassy high-rise building. One bedroom room came with small kitchenette, dish towel, dish washing liquid, knives.. quite comprehensive. A washing machine allows you to do laundry, if you so wish. Crockery was mismatched and missing one bowl, but I would say this is not an uncommon problem for accommodation of this type. Small problem of ants in the counter, which never really satisfactorily resolved. Room decor was a little bit worn and dated but perfectly functional; housekeeping standards were very high as the room was sparkingly clean and serviced daily. Reception service friendly. Small breakfast counter on ground floor, with what looked like takeaway bags, a vending machine outside for small consumables but posh grocery store opposite. Overall, stay was OK, but tailor expectations and check prices.

Pros: - Spacious with living ample living space - Reasonable priced - Wifi was strong and stable - Airport Transfers were punctual Cons: - Toilet spray gun head of master room was missing - Pillows too soft - No breakfast or food room service available - Staff or hotel does not use the ASR app - Short walk to Linc mall for food - Charged the wrong amount for Airport transfer, had to top up extra to make up the difference. Staff communication to guests could have been improved.

Pros: - Spacious with ample living space - Wifi connection strong and stable - Airport transfers were punctual - Aircon was working fine Cons: - Toilet spray gun head of master room was missing - Pillows were too soft - Hotel and Staff does not use or respond to the ASR App - Hotel does not provide breakfast or food room service at all - Location is a walk to Linc mall for food options - Staff charged the wrong amount for the return airport transfer and has to bill me extra upon checkout to make up for the difference. The staff communication with guests could be improved.

Room was clean and tidy. Pool was at the upper floor and open from 6 am until 11 pm everyday. Room has a refrigerator and washing machine. Not recommended to take a breakfast package. Buying breakfast thru Grab and Panda are more likely and cheaper. For those who is coming with car, mush pay RM10 per entry.
